B Series Deep Rotor Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is a new type and high efficiency product which adopts Germanic advanced technique and owns many independent patent proprietary. The B Series Deep Rotor VSI Crusher can be widely used for crushing metallic and non-metallic material and applied in mining and construction field. It is especially suitable for medium and hard rock such as basalt, granite, iron ore, marble etc.

Working Principle

The materials enter the crusher crushing cavity through the feeding hopper, and then divided into two parts. One part enter into the high-speed rotating impeller through the middle classifier; the other part enter into the impeller from the around of the classifier. The materials that entered the impeller through the middle will be shot out with a high speed and impact with the materials entered the impeller through the around. Then the mixed materials will impact the impacting plate together and then will be rebounded and impact on the top of the crushing cavity, then changes its direction and goes down, forms continual material layers with the materials shot from the impeller. And this process will be repeated until all the materials reach the required sizes and then discharged from the outlet opening.
